Vega Bundles
Vega bundles cover sorting, continuous monitoring, and triggered inspection. For anything else, we prepare a customer-tailored bundle.
- Vega Sort — Sort in under a millisecond — Vega Sort delivers the ejection signal per object in time, with latencies below one millisecond. Where colour alone isn’t enough — similar materials, contamination, ripeness, moisture — hyperspectral data tells them apart.
- Vega Guard — Catch what you didn’t know to look for — Vega Guard monitors running processes without a trigger, whether it’s a continuous material stream, changing scenes or high data rates. It flags every deviation, from known defects to things never seen before.
- Vega Inspect — Handle the products others can’t — Vega Inspect checks single parts on a trigger: present or missing, correct or faulty, in tolerance or not. Customers often come to us with complex cases that couldn’t be solved anywhere else.

- Step 3: If your task can be covered by existing functions, we put together a Vega Flex bundle for you. There is no development required. Only when this isn’t enough to cover your needs, we develop custom software for you. We’ll tell you which applies once we’ve seen your task.
- Step 4: We put your custom software into operation where you need it: On your production line, in your environment, on your machine.
- Step 5: We train your team on everything they need to know about your vision solution.
